Payments 2024: A to Z including Implications of Same Day and Instant Payments AND Fraud Trends
Mark Dixon is a consulting Advisor for NEACH Payments Group and serves as the Vice President of Education at NEACH. He is based in Peyton, CO, and primarily focuses on developing and refining NEACH’s educational program and offerings and serving as a dean and instructor for delivering education. As an Advisor for NEACH Payments Group, Mark consults with industry stakeholders such as financial institutions, businesses, and third parties operating in the payment space. He also provides audit and risk assessment services. Mark is a futurist and strategist passionate about technology, strategy, and innovation related to the ever-evolving payment landscape. Mark is part of the Advisory Committee for the Payments Innovation Alliance and is active with The Faster Payments Council.
He has worked in the industry for approximately 20 years, serving in sales, consulting, education, operations, electronic banking, and IT operations roles. He has a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. Mark completed his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and is working on a Doctor of Business Administration program at Capella University where he is focused on the study of Strategy and Innovation in business. He also serves as a business core instructor for Southern New Hampshire University. Mark has been certified by the Association for Financial Professionals as a Certified Treasury Professional, Nacha as an Accredited ACH Professional and Accredited Payments Risk Professional, and by ECCHO as a National Check Professional.
Patty Presta is Director of Education at NEACH - New England Automated Clearing House Association. She is based in West Jordan, Utah. As Director of Education, Patty is responsible for developing and providing education and training to NEACH members through in-person workshops and webinars. Patty is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) through NACHA. She also holds both AAP and NCP accreditations.
